From Costa Verde to S.Antioco

Faraglione di Pan di Zucchero Kilometers of galleries cross from the half of the 1800's the underground of this part of the Sardinia. By now the no more working mines offer scenes of great suggestion and the buildings seem towers and castles seen from the sea. From Montevecchio To Fluminimaggiore, from Carbonia to Iglesias to Guspini, this land has been declared from the Unesco a world-wide humanity's patrimony.

Charming landscapes are given from the faraglione of Pan di Zucchero that can be admire from the terrace to peak on the sea of the Flavia Port's mine; from desert dunes of Piscinas, the highest in Europe which have an immense Mediterranean Spot's extended that coast all the Costa Verde without ever being interrupted from one single concrete building.

Keep on going to the South, the route can be concluded getting to the Sant'Antioco's island, famous for its blue cobalt sea, its dishes made up of fish and mainly of tuna, for its tapestries, the tophet of the Phoenix city of Sulci and for the festivity of the Saint patron, most ancient of the Sardinia.
